			To Madam Karaïndrou!
  Agapitî Kyrîa,
Excuse me, but I have to add something to the mail. Links with Hellas were ruptured for a big part after my divorce. Afterwards I met someone wonderful, and it soon struck us that our situation was pretty close of that of Ulysses and Nausikaä. Under social pressure she finally decided to call it a day. I was so heart broken that I started to write poetry, which I gradually began to implement with citations from songs, or music in general (mostly Anglo-Saxon, seldom instrumental), an (imaginary) soundtrack which I called the Naustrack. The poetry picked up, I translated most of it in English (and I even have a Greek poem! How can I send that?) and last year when I gave a performance in Hamburg, Germany, need arose to have instrumental backdrop. You can guess: I turned to your music (from the CD before Trojan Women) I must say it worked wonders: we surely will perform again in Hamburg! I hope I can give you some poems around the 24th! Mè ektimisi,
  Adonis. |
