Gabriel Yared is a Lebanese musician. He made the original soundtrack for The English Patient in which Juliette Binoche, Kristine Scott Thomas and Ralph Fiennes acted, and I love that album very much. As far as I remember, because the CD is not with me at the moment, Marta Sebestyen also sings on a Balkan tune.
I have no idea about Yared's other works, and not sure if his other works are as good as on The English Patient. Any recommendation? |
